Purchasers are liable for any fees or costs incurred by Jennifer Janosi and Designcraft.me as a result of a chargeback, and we reserve the right to invoice and seek payment for these costs. Non-payment of such invoices may lead to legal action. In cases of fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, legal action will be taken to recover the funds and any additional damages suffered.
Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise indicated, the “Master Cold Outreach with AI” Blueprint, including all source code, databases, functionality, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively or individually referred to as the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned and controlled by Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me. These are protected by copyright and trademark laws, as well as other applicable intellectual property laws and international conventions in the United States and foreign jurisdictions.
The Content and Marks are provided “As-Is” for your information and personal use only. Ownership of MaterialsNotwithstanding Jennifer Janosi’s and DesignCraft.me’s ownership of the instructional content and documents, as outlined in the “Intellectual Property Rights” section, all step-by-step instructions for building Zaps and automations, as well as documents on creating your custom GPT and searching for leads, are provided as part of the “Master Cold Outreach with AI” Blueprint. Purchasers are granted a license to use the provided materials for personal, non-commercial use only. All use of Zapier services and custom GPT remains subject to their respective terms of use and intellectual property rights.
Restrictions of Use: Commercial Use: Purchasers may not use the Blueprint Materials for any business or commercial purposes, such as training employees, offering similar templates or blueprints, or reselling the materials.
Public Broadcasting and Sharing: Purchasers may not share, distribute, or publicly broadcast the Blueprint and Template Materials on blogs, other websites, or through any form of media that monetizes content.
Support and Usage Restrictions: Purchasers are strictly prohibited from sharing any part of the Blueprint and Template Materials on public platforms, forums, or social media for the purpose of seeking support or troubleshooting. All support requests must be directed through the official support channels provided by Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me. Unauthorized sharing for support purposes will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access to the Blueprint and Template Materials, without refund, and may also lead to legal action.
Reproduction and Distribution: Purchasers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Blueprint and Template Materials in any form for commercial purposes, including within a personal, professional, or business context.
In the event that any operation of law would incorrectly assign ownership of any Blueprint and Template Materials to a purchaser, Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me irrevocably and perpetually assign their entire interest in these materials back to themselves, without limitation. Purchasers warrant that any materials they provide for the purpose of feedback or interaction during the use of the templates do not infringe on or misappropriate any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and any right of publicity.
Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me reserve the right to share any Blueprint and Template Materials publicly (e.g., through social media, on websites, etc.) for promotional purposes.
User Representations
By using the Website, purchasers represent and warrant that: Purchasers possess the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use; Purchasers are not minors in the jurisdiction of their residence; Purchasers will not access the Website through automated or non-human means; Purchasers will not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and Purchasers’ use of the Website will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You possess the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use;

Copying or adapting the blueprint’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
Uploading or transmitting (or attempting to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming, in our opinion, us and/or the blueprint materials.
By using the blueprint materials, you agree that your actions will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Management and Oversight
Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me retain the authority to monitor the “Master Cold Outreach with AI” Blueprint and its usage for breaches of these Terms of Use, and to pursue legal action in response to any violations of these terms or relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, at her sole discretion, Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me may limit or deny access to the blueprint or deactivate a purchaser’s access without prior notice or liability. Enforcement of Violations
In the event of any violation of these terms, Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me reserve the right to revoke access to the purchased materials without notice and pursue any legal remedies available, including but not limited to, damages and injunctions.
Right to Refusal
Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me reserve the right to refuse service to any purchaser, person, or entity without obligation to provide a reason.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing the “Master Cold Outreach with AI” Blueprint, purchasers consent to and are bound by the Privacy Policy and its specific terms, which are integrated into this agreement. The blueprint and associated services are hosted in the United States of America. Purchasers accessing the blueprint from the EU, Asia, or other global regions should be aware that different laws and regulations regarding personal data collection, use, or disclosure may apply. Ongoing participation and data transfer to the U.S. signify explicit consent to data processing within the U.S.
Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me do not intentionally collect or solicit information from individuals under 18 years old. In compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, if it is discovered that an individual under 18 has provided personal information without parental consent, the information will be promptly deleted from our records.
Modification of Template Content

They also hold the right to alter or discontinue any part or the entirety of the blueprint and any associated features without prior notification and without any liability to the purchasers.
Force Majeure

Governing Law
The Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in line with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Litigation

By purchasing this blueprint, both parties agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections related to personal jurisdiction or the convenience of these venues. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act are not applicable to these Terms of Use.
Recovery of Litigation Expenses
If any legal action, arbitration, or other proceeding is brought to enforce this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of its provisions, the successful or prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which they may be entitled.

By purchasing and using this blueprint, you acknowledge and agree that it is entirely at your own risk. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me, her affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, and contractors from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

MiscellaneousThese Terms of Use, along with any policies posted on the template website, represent the complete agreement and understanding between the purchaser and Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me. Any failure by Jennifer Janosi and DesignCraft.me to enforce a provision of these Terms of Use does not imply a waiver of that provision. Should any part of these Terms of Use be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific provision will be considered separate from these Terms but will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
